In Madisonville, LA, a homeowner reached out to Reliable Foundations with a serious issue: their pool deck had started to sink in several areas, creating uneven surfaces that not only affected the appearance of their outdoor space but also posed a tripping hazard for family and guests. The lightweight foam was injected beneath the sunken slabs, quickly expanding and raising them back to their original position. This process was done with precision, ensuring that the deck was leveled to perfection without disrupting the surrounding area.
Once the deck was lifted, we turned our attention to the cracks that had formed on the surface. We applied NexusPro, a high-quality joint and crack sealant designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and provide long-lasting protection. This not only sealed the cracks but also helped prevent water from seeping beneath the slabs, which could cause further settling in the future.
By the end of the project, the homeowner was thrilled to see their pool deck restored to a safe, level, and aesthetically pleasing condition. What once seemed like a major problem was resolved quickly and effectively, allowing the family to enjoy their outdoor space without worry.
Customer is preparing for the summer months and wanted to make sure her pool deck was in the best shape to avoid injuries and accidents caused by sunken walkways. Upon review of the project it was recommended by one of our inspectors that Polylevel foam injection would be her best option to which she agreed and accepted our proposal.
