Our carport had a crack across it and the recent drought caused the front of the carport to sunk 2-3 inches. This impacted our roof line and made opening the front door impossible. Reliable fixed the problem by installing foundation piers under the carport support columns. After raising the roof back to its proper line and installing temporary supports, they demolished the old carport surface, poured new cement and reinstalled the permanent support posts. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. The people who worked at our home for over a week were personable, considerate and friendly. From the initial contact with the sales rep and follow up contacts with the office staff, the scheduling foreman, and the onsite foreman the communications with Reliable Foundations were excellent. I received several text messages (or phone calls) to keep me informed of when the crew would arrive, or if a rescheduling was necessary due to a weather delay. Once the crew arrived on location, the site foreman explained what the job entailed. Throughout the day of installation, the crew worked very professionally and got the two-day job done in one day. Once the job was done, the crew put caution tape around the job site to keep the area safe until the materials cured. Before the crew departed, the site foreman explained that I should not use the driveway for 24 hours. I am very happy with the job and have had favorable comments from others passing by concerning how good the driveway looks. I recommend using Reliable Foundations for leveling concrete or sealing concrete joints.

Reliable Foundations just completed a major project for the large condominium complex that I work for. In addition to filling sidewalk gaps and lifting trip hazards, they also eliminated step-ups by creating ramps and added handrails as needed. Vincent is wonderful to work with and was very patient with us when we changed, added or removed things from the scope of work. The final project is nice and neat - no more sidewalk cracks or gaps!
